Return & Refund Policy

Custom & Personalized Orders All custom and personalized orders — including laser-engraved items, custom painting kits, and personalized keepsakes — are made to order and are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.

Cancellation Window Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this window, cancellations are not accepted as production may have already started. To request a cancellation within the window, contact us immediately at gbimaginariumworkshop@gmail.com.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will remake or replace the item at no charge. We are not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier after delivery confirmation, but we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim.

Non-Custom Items Items that are not personalized may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
