Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom and personalized orders may require additional production time. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We ship via USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx depending on your location and order size.

Domestic Shipping (US)

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
  • Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days after processing (where available)

International Shipping We do ship internationally. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at gbimaginariumworkshop@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. For damaged items, please include photos in your message.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
