Custom & Personalized Orders By placing a custom or personalized order, you acknowledge that:
- The item is made specifically for you and cannot be resold
- Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase
- No refunds or returns are accepted once production has begun
- You are responsible for providing accurate personalization details (names, dates, spellings, etc.) — we are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer
Accuracy of Information We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice.
Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
Shipping We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
Intellectual Property All designs, images, and content on this site are the property of G & B's Imaginarium Workshop and may not be used without written permission.
